The Colors of Fall

Fall colors, they’re everywhere!  Streets are lined with trees shedding brilliantly colored foliage in reds, oranges, and yellows; and the sky is a blue so bright and clear that you can’t help but take a picture to post on your favorite social account. These spectacular colors are an autumn wardrobe must.  Wear the colors of fall with pride and confidence with these simple ideas.

To keep things easy you can have three fab fall outfits with one reoccurring piece. A great statement jacket is perfect to shake up your outfits especially when working with solids. A patterned or textured coat can add dimension to any ensemble.

A scarlet outfit to rival any Red Maple starts simply with the color red. Red leather skinny jeans add a spice and an extra layer to the outfit but regular red skinny jeans work just as well. Pairing the eye catching pants with a simple, solid black top makes the outfit. You can accessorize with black accents; possibly a black clutch, heels, or jewelry. Don’t forget your trusty statement coat!

Having an outfit with the color of orange Sassafrass leaves will bring out your own sass not to mention the extra confidence a statement coat can bring. Tucking a solid orange shirt into light tan or brown pants will make a fashionable and work friendly style. Simple accents add to the image perfect for those busy fall days.

Moving from photosynthesis to air currents fall wouldn’t be fall unless the wind and sky blew the pesky leaves off the tree and onto your lawn where you have to rake them.   You can achieve an outfit worthy of the crisp clear blue skies that expand the horizon; the mix of clear summer and nippy winter. For those colder, more relaxed days a light, sky blue turtleneck and dark blue pants will look great under your statement coat. A more casual heel and simple clutch or handbag will make this perfect for your days off.
